Health Care Assistant

Due to continual expansion, we are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be competent in basic health care duties, able to build positive relationships with our customers and be able to receive and communicate information precisely. Experience within a similar role is preferred but by no means essential – we provide full and thorough training for all our staff.
This can be a physically demanding role which requires the ability to identify risks, be organised and resourceful and demonstrate initiative and confidence in working without direct supervision.

Our Healthcare Assistants can work up to 48 hours per week, split into shifts and earn between £10.90 per hour and £13.70 per hour dependent on experience and role.

Community support Assistant

We pay you for all the hours you work not just the time you are with your clients, that means your travel time is paid at full rate.
As part of our continual expansion, we are looking to recruit Community Support Assistants to join our team. Experience within a similar role is desired but by no means essential – we provide full and thorough training for all our staff.
This role is only suited to candidates who are comfortable with close personal contact, have a matter-of-fact approach and understand the importance of confidentiality, we are very different to other domiciliary care agencies, we do not provide 15 minute visits so we allow you to take the time your client needs.
This can be a physically demanding role which requires the ability to identify risks, be organised and resourceful and demonstrate initiative and confidence in working without direct supervision.

Our Community Support Assistants can earn from £24,294.40 per annum (£11.68 per hour) to £28,454.40 per annum (£13.68 per hour) dependant on experience and must have a flexible approach to their working hours. Due to the nature of this role candidates must have a driving licence so we can provide you with an automatic Toyota Aygo for every shift you work.
We are currently offering a signing bonus of £200 after successful completion of your first months employment with us.
Registered Nurse
Do you have experience within a medical environment?
Are you interested in developing your clinical skills?
As part of our continual expansion, we are looking to recruit Nurses to work in our Care Centres providing care and medical assistance to our clients. Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be either a RN or an RMN with a valid UK NMC PIN.
All our nurses must be able to build positive and enabling relationships with clients and at the same time,motivate and manage a team.
Candidates need to be computer literate, articulate and able to communicate effectively whilst understanding the need for confidentiality.
This can be a physically demanding role which requires the ability to identify risks, be organised and resourceful and demonstrate both initiative and good observational skills.

By working for Wessex Care, you can earn between £20.00 per hour to £21.00 per hour (NHS band 6 to 7), dependant on experience, plus pension and generous holiday allowance. This role requires candidates to have a flexible approach to their working hours.
